Getting Your Shipment to you

NON ESSENTIAL ITEMS ARE FACING EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES 

ALL ORDERS take up to 10 - 14 Business Days to be processed while I continue to assist clients with filing USPS claims , recover from being sick, assist my daughter with full time online school, and catch up backorder delays. 
Please do not select express shipping or priority shipment as a means of expressing your order processing time. This does not rush the time needed to process your order.
It is only the way your order will be shipped once completed. 
Custom made items need the full time for printing and in some cases can take longer than the standard 14 business days. 

All packages are shipped vis USPS, unless other arrangements are made by contacting us at  Info@LoveMyAlannah.com.  

We do not process orders on Weekends or National Holidays We wait 48 hours after your order is placed to allow time for cancellation and order modifications. 


Tracking information is provided at no additional cost.

We suggest signing up for tracking text alerts to be notified as your tracking moves through transit. 

We do not track packages to the final destination and if your package is lost in preshipment or transit we are only aware once you follow up to notify us.

We strongly suggest checking out with

Priority Shipping because USPS has lost several shipments during the pandemic and we are not responsible for uninsured items.
Please be aware those orders may take just as long to arrive as our First Class shipments but First Class Orders will not be refunded or replaced. 

The shipping cost is FREE for all orders over $75 shipping to a U.S. address. 

We have suspended worldwide shipping until further notice. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to COVID - 19, inclement weather delays, lost packages marked delivered, and or merchandise damaged during transport.  

If you file a claim with PayPal or any of our other payment provider used you will need to contact them directly regarding your order.
