What happens after I have placed my order on www.LoveMyAlannah.com?

Once you complete checkout, you will receive an email notification, and receipt. 
Most orders take 24 - 48 HOURS to process and this does not include shipping transit times. This time frame gives us a chance to make any possible changes or modifications you may like processed before we begin working on your order.

Custom orders and PRE-ORDERS require additional processing time. 

Please note: We are following strict COVID 19 code procedures.

Orders are NOT processed on weekends or National Holidays. 

Once your order is completed you will receive an email with tracking information that may not work for the next  48 - 72  hours before the tracking information is updated.

Why are Custom Nameplates,  LMA Swim, Socks, and Apparel orders FINAL SALE. 

Once your order is processed we cannot accept cancellations or returns. Custom items are made for you and cannot be resold or returned. 

The state of Florida prohibits us from accepting returns for undergarments and foot apparel. 

If there is a customizing issue , for example incorrect spelling please contact us immediately to process a replacement. You will not be required to return the item. 

Salt Water, Chlorine, and excessive washing may cause lifting or peeling of custom pressed items.

Why should I avoid sleeping , showering, or swimming in LMA Accessories? 

  • Infants, Toddlers, and Children under the age of 5 years should not be in possession of our accessories without adult supervision.
  • At no time is the jewelry to be placed in your mouth.
  • Small parts, can be a choking hazard to children under the age of 3 years.  

All accessories should be removed prior to bedtime and naps to avoid chocking hazards. 
Exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorinated water, household chemicals, soaps, any kind of perfumes, can cause damage to your jewelry, including discoloration and abrasions.


Why should I take measurements?

Ideally, the best way to get the correct size is to take measurements.  

Why is there a 25% RESTOCKING FEE for cancellations? 

We pay merchant fees for accepting your order and once a cancellation is placed this fee is deducted from your refund amount to cover the merchant cost. 

Why haven’t I gotten any additional updates?

We unfortunately do not have tut staffing to provide individual updates as your order is being processed.
You will only receive additional correspondence if we are missing information to complete your order or once your order is completed.
