FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
But we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase
So if for some reason you are not, please do not wait long than 24 hours after the merchandise is received to contact us.
Most orders take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS to process and this DOES NOT include transit times. Custom items and Pre-Order items are subjected to extended wait times.
We DO NOT sell “real gold” Jewelry in order to keep the prices down.
Our jewelry is plated in a tarnish resistant metal and includes a step bonding process to prolong the use.
**Pre-Order items** DO NOT have a firm shipment date. Order cancellation request will result in a non-refundable 20% Restocking Fee. Cancellation refunds can take up to 15 - 20 Business Days to process.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday.
